The “Production Profiler” tool

With the seventh month of the AutoTwin project, Erre Quadro's direct involvement in operational activities has begun.

Erre Quadro is leading the "Profiler tools development" and has already began working on the questionnaire for the first of two profilers to be developed for the project, namely the Production Profiler. The questionnaire is intended to be submitted to company management and, based on an assessment of the company's digital readiness, it suggests professional profiles to be acquired (in case they are absent) or strengthened (in case they are already present in the company) in order to move toward greater digital awareness.

The questionnaire is designed to cover different areas of the company that may be relevant for this purpose: not only physical assets and IT-related topics, but also organizational readiness and culture are addressed.

This work is preparatory to the subsequent creation of the job profile database that will be at the basis for the development of Erre Quadro's second tool, the Worker Profiler.
