AUTO-TWIN meets EU Data Space 4.0
The EU Data Space Week 4.0 (from 12th to 22nd June) is an initiative of Data Space 4.0 which is a Coordination and Support Action supported by European Data Space and Industry 4.0 stakeholder communities, funded by the Digital Europe Programme from the European Commission.
In the context of manufacturing, IDS Data Space refers to a secure and standardized data exchange framework that enables the seamless flow of information between various entities in the manufacturing ecosystems, unlocking new opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness.
The EU Data Space Week 4.0 initiative helps to raise awareness about IDS data spaces in manufacturing by providing visibility of different activities organised across the EU in this period (workshops, conferences and so on).
In the event "AUTO-TWIN meets EU Data Space 4.0" which will be held on June 22nd, Ljiljana Stojanovic (Head of the Smart Factory Systems Research Group at Fraunhofer IOSB) will conduct an online workshop to all AUTO-TWIN project members, presenting the extensive work done on Digital Twin realization and its integration with IDS Data Spaces, to later open a discussion on this matter to exchange information and ideas about both technologies.
