AUTO-TWIN and the Horizon Results Booster service

From the start of the project, the AUTO-TWIN consortium engaged with the Horizon Results Booster (HRB), which is an initiative of the European Commission aiming to support projects eager to go beyond their Dissemination and Exploitation obligations. To achieve this, HRB offers free consulting services to closed or ongoing research projects funded by FP7, Horizon 2020, or Horizon Europe programmes.

For AUTO-TWIN, the service titled “Portfolio Dissemination & Exploitation Strategy” and specifically the Module C “Assisting projects to improve their existing exploitation strategy” was launched. The service aims to provide guidance and training to improve the existing strategies of projects towards effective exploitation of key exploitable results (KERs). After activating the service, an expert was appointed from the HRB to assist the AUTO-TWIN consortium in the development of the exploitation strategy for one KER.

From the project's inception, the AUTO-TWIN consortium launched the services of the HRB to enhance its dissemination and exploitation strategy. The AUTO-TWIN KER “Automatically generated & autonomous digital twins” was chosen for further analysis by the HRB service. Two workshops were performed with the HRB expert, who used frameworks and tools to analyze the KER and provide recommendations for its exploitation strategy.
