Overview: Our 6th General Assembly in Milan

Our 6th General Assembly meeting, held in Milan on February 11 and 12, 2025, brought together partners to review progress, address challenges, and plan next steps across various work packages. The meeting emphasized collaboration and alignment to ensure the project’s objectives are met, particularly as it moves toward its final stages.

During the 2 days, we engaged in various discussions revolving around several critical areas:

  • our 3 use cases - CROMA, GR3N, LIBATTION: Progress updates and plans for final demonstrations were reviewed, emphasizing business benefits and operational readiness.,

  • our Profilers Tools where their capabilities were showcased, with a focus on asynchronous demonstrations to highlight platform functionality.,

  • the closing of our 2 Work Packages “Models and Methods for Automated Generation and Update of Digital Twins for Circular Economies“ & “Enabling Green Gateways through Explainable Analytics & Decision Making“

A brief presentation on the 6Ps Tool for Circularity was also delivered by Francesco Marzollo to the entire consortium providing a first analysis and considerations.

A productive session focused on enhancing communication and maximizing impact. Collaborations among CORE, PMI, INNO, and Syxis were highlighted, with IBM announcing its participation in the ICAI 2025 event in Bologna. Plans for workshops and stakeholder engagement were also discussed. During the session, the final year’s dissemination and exploitation action plan was also introduced and the outlined activities were presented, the preparation of videos, white papers, and brochures to highlight business opportunities and technical achievements.

A review of the project's financial status was conducted as well, ensuring that all expenditures and allocations are on track. This session provided a high-level overview of the project's financial health and identified any areas requiring attention.

Our next major milestone is the General Assembly in Athens at the start of the summer, where we aim to deliver impactful results by showcasing both technical capabilities and business opportunities to stakeholders. This assembly in Milan served as a critical milestone, fostering collaboration and setting the stage for the project’s successful completion.
