EcoSync: A Smart AI Tool Enabling Green Gateways

EcoSync, developed by CORE IC, is a unique, first-of-its-kind advanced conformance checking tool that leverages process mining techniques to help businesses follow best practices and optimize their operations. By connecting to an optimization engine, it checks whether processes comply with identified control policies (optimal strategies for the process operation), and it even allows users to define and monitor their own policies. This advanced tool not only drives efficiency but also helps companies move toward greener business practices.

EcoSync was first tested on a simulated pizza production line. In this scenario, the tool ensured that every step of the pizza-making process adhered to the control policies set for efficiency and quality. EcoSync was later applied to Croma, a facility responsible for cleaning and sterilizing reusable surgical kits.

Given the strict guidelines that must be followed to ensure safety and efficiency in the cleaning process, EcoSync can play a crucial role, as it can monitor every stage of the operation to ensure compliance with these high standards, helping Croma maintain both quality and efficiency in its critical work.
