Advancing Workforce Profiling with IntelliLearn Integration

We are pleased to announce that Task 4.4 “Profiler tools development“ was successfully completed in February 2025, marking a significant milestone in our project. The ERQ team played a crucial role in supporting SYX with the fine-tuning of the Production and Worker Profilers. To enhance the effectiveness of these profiling tools, the IntelliLearn has been integrated.

IntelliLearn is a proprietary tool of ERRE QUADRO (ERQ) that aims to match employees' skill gaps with relevant training programs sourced from top e-learning platforms. By offering personalized learning pathways, IntelliLearn ensures that workforce development is both targeted and efficient, helping organizations build a future-ready workforce.

To coincide with the project’s conclusion, the Deliverable 4.4 Human-Twin Relation N.2 has been successfully completed. This document provides a comprehensive overview of the enhancements made to the two tools compared to their previous versions, detailing the improvements in usability, accuracy, and integration capabilities.

ERQ is already engaging with the pilot participants to test the tools that have been developed as part of the project. These tests are going to be scheduled in early April and they aim to gather feedback, which will be thoroughly analysed. Based on these analyses, improvements will be proposed and implemented according to the insights received directly from the companies involved in the testing phase.

Looking ahead, the collected feedback, its analysis, and the suggested improvements will be presented at the next GA, scheduled to take place in Athens in May.
